We reserve the right to update our products and prices from time to time. Any changes will not affect an order we have already accepted unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law. Orders and Payment

However, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, production requirements and courier services. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order as soon as practicable and inform you of any significant delays or issues. Your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Returns and Refunds

As our signs are custom-made to your specifications, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your design, specifications, dimensions and order details carefully before confirming your purchase. This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable laws. If your product is faulty, damaged, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and the remedies provided by law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is owned by or licensed to CreateNeon and is protected by applicable New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our website content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our website is provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain its accuracy, security and availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

Quotes and Terms

Quotes

Any changes to your approved design, specifications or order requirements may affect the quoted price. Where a change results in additional costs, we will advise you of the revised price for approval before proceeding with the additional work. All quotes and subsequent changes are subject to these terms and conditions. Any request to modify an order is subject to the conditions outlined below.

Prices

Your quote or order confirmation will specify the price payable for the products and delivery. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on our website, but changes will not alter the price of an accepted order unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law. Ordering a Neon Sign

Before production begins, the payment required for your order must be received in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of purchase. Once your order is accepted, a binding agreement is formed between you and CreateNeon, subject to applicable New Zealand law.

Orders and Design Approval

Your quote will outline the details of your order and must be approved before production proceeds. Please carefully check the design, spelling, colours, dimensions and other specifications before approving your quote. Changes may not be possible once production has started. If you request changes after production begins, additional costs or delays may apply. By approving your quote and paying the required invoice amount, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Artwork

We aim to display colours on our website as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen settings, software, surrounding lighting and other environmental factors. The appearance of colours in the finished sign may also be affected by the materials used, including the acrylic backing and LED lighting.

Measurements may vary by up to 100 mm due to the assembly process and the handmade nature of LED neon signs. Minor variations in positioning, dimensions, starting and ending points, shading and overall appearance may occur between the approved design and the finished product. By approving your design, you acknowledge that reasonable variations may occur as a result of manufacturing processes and material characteristics. We will use our professional judgement to produce a sign that reasonably matches the approved design and specifications.

Product Availability

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, products or components may become unavailable between order confirmation and the commencement of production, particularly if payment or production is delayed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and discuss an appropriate solution, which may include a suitable alternative or a revised delivery timeframe. Any alternative that changes the agreed price or material specifications will be subject to your approval. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will discuss the available options and provide any refund required by applicable law. We will not automatically cancel the remaining items in an order solely because one component is unavailable.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with its effective date where appropriate. Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights or alter obligations relating to an existing order except where agreed or permitted by law.
