All our signs are made to a high standard and require sufficient time for production, testing and quality assurance.

Delivery takes approximately three weeks, although many customers receive their signs within two weeks of placing their order.

Yes! All our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, subject to our warranty terms. If you experience a manufacturing issue, such as flickering or a failure of the lights, please contact us for assistance. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with our warranty policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law. As our signs are custom-made to your specifications, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your sign arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us. We may ask you to provide photos or videos showing the issue so we can assess it and arrange an appropriate solution. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.

Your sign comes mounted on high-quality transparent acrylic backing. We offer three main backing options:

• Text Shape (Most Popular) – Cut around the outline of the design for a neat, attractive finish.
• Invisible – The backing is cut close to the design to minimise its visibility, making it particularly suitable for text signs.
• Rectangular Backboard – A rectangular acrylic backing that provides a clean finish and is suitable for larger signs and certain outdoor applications, depending on the specifications.

We can make LED neon signs in a range of sizes to suit your requirements. Let us know your preferred width or height, and we will provide the proportional dimensions for your design. Please note that signs larger than 150 cm (59 inches) may need to be manufactured in two or more sections connected using suitable connectors. Once assembled, the sections are designed to appear as one continuous sign.

Our signs are made using LED neon flex mounted on acrylic backing. The materials include PVC and acrylic, with no mercury, gas or glass used in the manufacture of our LED neon signs. Outdoor signs are available with an IP68 rating where specified, subject to the product’s design and suitability for the intended installation environment.

No. The PVC neon flex strips are securely attached to the acrylic backing and are not designed to be removed. Avoid attempting to detach them, as this may damage the sign.

Most of our LED neon signs are plug-in models supplied with a 3 ft cable and a power adapter compatible with the destination country. The cable connecting your sign to the power supply is transparent for a neat, finished appearance. Battery-powered options may be available for smaller signs, depending on the design and power requirements. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Yes! If you would like your neon sign to stand on a flat surface, we can discuss options such as an acrylic enclosure or an acrylic base stand, depending on the size and design of your sign. Acrylic base stands are generally most suitable for smaller signs.

Our CreateNeon signs include a remote controller and dimmer where applicable, so you generally do not need to purchase these separately. The included accessories may vary depending on the sign and lighting configuration.

Yes, we can manufacture LED neon signs for outdoor use when requested. Outdoor signs require suitable materials, sealing and protection for the intended environment. Please tell us where you plan to install your sign so we can recommend a suitable option. The waterproof rating depends on the specific product and configuration, so please confirm the rating for your chosen sign before installation.

LED neon signs are energy-efficient alternatives to traditional glass neon signs. They do not require mercury or neon gas to produce light and generally consume less electricity than traditional glass neon lighting. Their energy consumption and lifespan depend on the design, operating conditions and usage.

CreateNeon uses LED technology designed to provide long-lasting illumination with lower energy consumption than many traditional neon lighting options.

We supply an installation kit with suitable mounting and hanging accessories for your sign. Installation requirements depend on the size, weight and mounting surface.
