We ship products internationally, and each country has its own rules and charges for imported products. If you are ordering from outside New Zealand, it is important to check your country’s import regulations and fees before making a purchase. CreateNeon does not charge these fees or taxes, nor can we pay them on your behalf. Any applicable charges are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees, which cover the transport of your product only. If you are unsure about any import fees, you can usually find further information on your government’s official website or other websites covering international shipping and logistics. If you have any questions, please email us and let us know how we can help. We look forward to hearing from you.
