REPLACEMENT POLICY

Please read and understand the information provided under “Warranty & Replacement” in this document.

First of all, CreateNeon replaces damaged parts for defective products. We will do our best to resolve any issues you experience as quickly as possible. Each case is assessed individually, and CreateNeon reserves the right to make decisions regarding warranty and replacement claims, subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.

If your sign arrives defective, please contact us with your order number and a detailed video showing the damaged or faulty area. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution, which may involve replacing the defective component.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG NEON SIGN?

If there is a problem with your order, such as an incorrect size, a damaged neon sign, or the wrong colour (for example, you ordered yellow but received white), please let us know. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Please note that slight colour variations may occur between product images and the appearance of the neon lighting in real life.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

As each product is made specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind. However, if your neon sign arrives damaged or develops a defect, please contact us so we can assess the issue and help resolve it in accordance with our warranty policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.

WARRANTY

Our indoor LED neon signs are covered by a one-year warranty. Please contact us for a quote if you would like your neon sign to be suitable for outdoor use. Our outdoor neon signs are covered by a six-month manufacturer’s warranty when used correctly.

If your sign develops a fault, please contact us and provide a clear video showing the sign, power supply and dimmer (if applicable). This will help us identify the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, accidents, theft, improper handling, misuse, or the actions of third parties. It also does not cover damage resulting from exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions, including ice or snow, where the sign is not designed for such conditions. Damage to an indoor sign caused by outdoor use is not covered by this warranty.
